Something is very wrong...
I’m not sure how to explain it, but something is very wrong with me; I mean besides my bottom lip that feels like it’s on fire. :) Vicodine doesn’t usually phase me like it might others. I do not get sleepy from it and at most I get this warm fuzzy feeling. You know the type of feeling you get curled up in a warm blanket reading a good book or eating some soup. Well I do have a better example, but that’s X rated so we won’t go there. :) Well I slept a lot this weekend. I didn’t set the alarm last night and I was still asleep 10 hours later. This never happens. I always wake up after 8 hours of sleep. I mean my boyfriend who’s the king of sleeping for 12 hours or more woke me up!
Something is wrong with me and I can’t put my finger on it, but it’s there. It’s not like I can show up at my doctor and say, “Something is wrong, but I have no proof to give you. So what’s wrong?” Maybe I’m becoming anemic again. I used to get anemia all of the time when I was little. We weren’t a “red meat” sort of family until my doctor told my mom I had to have it at least 3 times a week. I wasn’t getting enough iron and producing enough red blood cells or whatever it was that was causing it. I’ve been eating meat, but not three times a week anymore. Maybe I need to start doing that again and see if it helps. I know what a silly thing to get. I’m not sure why, but my doctor said I’m very prone to it. /shrug I guess the red meat will have to wait though. My lip is still very bad, it’s hardly healed at all, so I’ll be heading to Rally’s for some fries. Those are yummy, filling and can be taking in a few bites while not touching my lips!
Did I mention I was a very sickly child? Why get the cold or flu when you can get bronchitis or pneumonia! XD That’s right until about 4 years ago I never had the cold or flu. Then I went to work in a large office building and my God... I don’t know how people can deal with those diseases! I can deal with bronchitis or pneumonia, but the cold or flu?? To me they are like 100 times worse. Maybe it’s because ever since I was 5 I’ve been getting them so I know how to deal with them. The cold and flu change though. There’s different kinds and are dealt differently and they just suck donkey balls! >:( My boyfriend is the exact opposite. He never once got sick until we moved in together. He then declared me the “outbreak” monkey and said, “If I didn’t love you I would so leave you for always getting me sick all of the time.” I wasn’t the one sick! How did I get him sick? Then again I guess that’s where the whole comparison with the outbreak monkey comes in... <_<
Hopefully if all of this is because I’m anemic, again, I’ll get some things done. I honest to God was going to work on the chapters yesterday, but then one of the readers from Animanga sent me an e-mail about a drama we are hosting. It wasn’t a mean e-mail just wondering if she could get it anywhere else and stuff. Well while I was trying to find the link for her I found out Tokyo Juliet was made into a Taiwanese drama!! I really like the manga and so I just HAD to try out the drama. So I once again spent almost my while day watching drama and once again had a dream that not one word of English was spoken. I didn’t watch only TJ though, I also watched MG.
I’ll write a review when I’m done, but one thing I find very funny is that their English is perfect. I know I shouldn’t find it funny. I know I should be happy, but when you hear one of the preppy rich boys saying, “Wha’ up!” in perfect English. You just can’t help, but laugh...and laughing for me is very painful because of my lip. It’s a double edged sword. When I heard broken crap English spoken like in Beck(anime) I get upset and then when I hear perfect English I can’t help, but be shocked and surprised. It’s just soooo funny when I hear them say, “Wha’ up!” Did anyone else expect them to add the n word sooner or later? I know I did. GAH I’m starting to laugh and it hurts so bad! <_<;;
Edit: Talk about dropping the ball. As I mentioned above my boyfriend and I ended up sleeping in because of our alarm not being set. Well my boyfriend is still not permanent yet and so he called the company he got the job through (I’ll call it Temp Co. ), like he has to, to say he will be late, but will be there by 9am. He’s not supposed to speak to the job at all about being late, appointments or days off per Temp Co.'s very specific rules.
It turns out he was wrong to call Temp Co. instead of the company he has the job at. When he got there they wondered where he was. They were not concerned he was late (it seems a lot of them come in late all of the time), but the reason why. It’s raining and he has a 30 minute drive to work. A lot can happen along the way especially since most of the am drivers in our area act like chicken Little and the sky is falling on them when it does rain, is foggy, there’s haze, mist, clouds, a vehicle on the side of the road, an accident 1 mile away that if they slow to 20 and lean out their window they can see, etc. He was surprised, after all the company should have called. Turns out Temp Co. did call, but when the HR person was not there they hung up...without speaking to anyone else. I mean can you believe that? Considering in his interview how much they stressed the fact he HAD to be there on time he could have lost his job! <_< Not only that, but when that person is out for the day you ask for other people like...oh maybe his supervisor!! Talk about seriously dropping the ball which could have ended up costing him this job.
He’s taking it a lot better then I am. I’m fuming. He’s not sure if he should say something since he really likes this job and Temp Co. could end up taking him off the job or maybe dropping him. I said he should say something, but he probably won’t and will let it slide. I’m a b**** that way though. Fair is fair. If you expect your employees to call in and only go through you; then you better be able to back it up and make sure the word is passed on. Then again when I used to call in they used to ask why I didn’t just ok it through the company. Once again I felt like the only person to read the damned employee handbook... <_<
Eh, I'm like that, too. I dont like letting things slide when they're obviously unfair/just plain wrong. I hate that. >=[
I was wondering...what languages do you speak/understand? 0.o

Anemia... I get that sometimes.. But I think it's normal because my temper usually make me get anemia.. But my memory seems very very good when it comes to anime and manga. I'm sure when something is obviously unfair most people won't let it slide.. or maybe they just let it slide and talk about it later..
