And then there was none...
I was going to write about a completely different topic, but that can wait until tomorrow. I am devastated. I went to where I get my oil change only to find out that both of the service guys I like are gone…BOTH! I feel like crying. I mean…BOTH!! I knew I should have gone in sooner, but I've just been so busy. I even called in my appointment and I NEVER do that. I always go in and make it so I know 100% they are doing it.
So now I really have no reason to go there. I mean my porter is gone. My two services guys are gone and my old sales rep is a jackass. Although I must say this new guy who drove me was very nice and understanding. He listened to me the whole way trying to calm me down. Telling me he'll introduce me to a woman who's in the service area and stuff. I guess they worked together in another company and blah blah blah. He's a very nice guy though and if I ever buy a Mazda again and he's there I'll probably pick him. Then again I thought Chris was nice, but look what he turned out to be...
Honestly though I'm seriously thinking about just cancelling both plans and getting our money back. I only go there for three reasons and all three of my reasons are gone. I don't care if that woman is nice or not. Anyone can be nice, but not everyone can get my jokes...or laugh even if they don't. Not everyone can suggest PS2 games to me that I will love. Not everyone will joke around with me. Not everyone will have that feeling. I thought after Efren left it would get worse, but it didn't. It got better though because Austin was perfection.
When I went in this morning there was no nice "real" smiles. They were slow as hell. There was this thick air of professionalism that I just don't like in that type of situation. If it's going to be there then GO FASTER! When I go professional mode I work faster so why is it that they go professional mode and they go slow as molasses in January? Seriously if Austin and Mike could do their jobs quickly, correctly AND do it while keeping things light then why can't they? It's just total bumpkis if you ask me and it sucks. I hate this new aura they have going on...
:( So sad. You should have come back later. I hope you don't go to the dealership for servicing.
