You never realize the importance or power of hot water. When our bathroom was remodeled the guys accidentally piped in hot water to our toilet instead of cold water and they haven't come back to fix it yet. Before the remodel I hated it whenever my boyfriend would flush the toilet because then I was scalded with hot water. I have learned there is something worse then that...being frozen to death by cold water. This happened a couple of days ago and I still get chills and refuse to take a shower if he needs to use the sink or toilet. I mean we both knew that there was hot water, but I just didn't think about the fact that it also meant whenever the toilet would be flushed I'd get sprayed by a blast of ice cold water... I wonder what it will do to our elec bill though...I hope it doesn't go crazy again. o_o
